Being born an untouchable, did not prevent Ambedkar from studying in the best schools and universities, where he distinguished himself in spite of all the challenges he faced. Having been discriminated against at a young age, Ambedkar was resilient in making his visions for an equal nation that valued plurality, come true. As Chairman of the drafting Committee of the Indian Constitution, he played a pivotal role in the making of this great nation, which is remembered with reverence, even today.
